Delete your Harvest Engine account and data

You can ask Kragworks to delete your Harvest Engine account (app ID com.harvestenginemobile) and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@kragworks.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your name and your organization.
4. We will confirm your identity, then delete your account and reply when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your user profile and account information (name, email address, phone number).
• Your login credentials.
• Device and push notification registrations tied to your account.
• Activity data tied to your user, such as your location and usage records.

What is kept, and for how long

• Farm operational records (such as loads, blocks, scouting and work order records) belong to your organization, not to you individually. They are kept for the organization, but are no longer linked to your personal profile.
• Records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons are retained for up to 7 years, then deleted.
• Backups containing deleted data are overwritten within 90 days.

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of confirming your identity.
